Please allow up to 24 hours for your order status to be updated. Once an
order has been placed on our site, it normally takes 1-2 business days
for processing, after which it is shipped from our warehouses. After an
order is "shipped", you will receive an email containing the tracking
number along with a link where you can periodically check your shipment.
Please make sure our shipping notification email is not in your spam
inbox.
If your order status shows "shipped"
that means the shipping carrier (usually USPS, or UPS) has already
picked up your package and is being processed by them. However, the
tracking number or information may not be updated in their system yet.
It may take up to 24 hours for the shipping carriers to update their
tracking system.
If your order status shows "On-Hold" that means
your shipping address can not be verified by USPS address verification,
your order will be On-Hold until a verifiable address is provided. You
can check your address against USPS website at the following link:
http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp
If you live on campus at a college, make sure you
give us the Complete Address. This is the most common unverifiable
address problem we encounter and often result in extended delays. Please
make sure it verifies with the above USPS link.
