Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our products, within 30 days from your purchase date, we will refund and/or exchange your purchase. We will quickly fix any issues and apply any applicable refunds. All non-defective returned-merchandise will be charged a Return Processing/Throw-Away Fee that may range from 15% (for opened or undeliverable packages) to 35% (for missing items, packaging, or parts) as opened or altered items are resold as used in other outlets or returned to our vendors at a significant discount.  In unusual circumstances, if we've made a mistake on your order, a full refund may be given at our discretion. *Certain items due to their nature are ineligible for refunds and may only be exchanged for the same item.

Return items that are 0pen but never been used or installed  = 15% of original purchase price

Missing items, packaging, or parts, clearly used and altered = up to 35% of original purchase price

It is at our discretion to determine whether a product has been opened, used, or abused. The exact amount of Return Fee will be determined at our sole discretion and is non-disputable or non-negotiable. The reason for the amount of Return Fee will be explained along with the issue of return payments.

Customer pays for cost of return shipping. Returning products must remain intact with original packaging and with any accompany materials. Refunds are issued in the some form of payment used for your purchase. Typically, refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving your product.

All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Form (RMF). No exceptions. Items return without an RMF will be delayed significantly.
