Ordering/Payments

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, it is absolutely safe and easy to order online. When you are ready to checkout and pay, you will be taken to a secure billing page where you can enter you credit, billing and shipping information. We do not store your credit card information and your privacy will not be shared with third-party vendors.

What are the ways I can pay?

You can pay by mailing us a check or pay with your credit card online.

To pay by check, please add all the items you want to order to the shopping cart and print out the shopping cart page. Please mail your check along with the printed shopping cart page. We currently accept personalized checks, money orders, and/or cashier checks made payable to Wirester Inc.

What type of credit cards do you accept?

Currently we accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and Paypal.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes, currently we are accepting orders over the phone for your shopping convenience. We can be reached Monday-Friday (except Holidays) 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time by dialing (626) 205-1997.

When can I expect my order to arrive once I have paid for it online?

We do our best to process all orders and have them leave our warehouses between 1-2 business days. Therefore, your items are shipped within 1-2 business days. Once the order is in the hands of the post office, it may take up to seven business days for your order to arrive. However, 90% of our customers received their order in 3-5 business days from the moment they pay to the time it takes for their order to arrive. In rare circumstances, if your one of your item is out-of-stock or delayed, we will contact you by phone or by email. Once your item has been shipped, we will send you an email notification.

Why did I place an order but then I received an email saying that the item is out of stock?

We stock all our items before offering them for sale. Unfortunately, one or two designs may become unavailable that same day as it could be an item in popular demand and the website is not updated immediately. We do take measures to ensure that we mark items out of stock as soon as the inventory becomes unavailable. We updated our website inventory everyday, at least once a day. We also get new shipment of products at least once a week.

How can I get a coupon to get a discount?

You can subscribe to our newsletter for the latest coupons, deals, and sales from Wirester.com. We try our best to offer our repeat and loyal customers deals whenever possible.

I was debited twice through my Paypal account. Help!

More than likely, your account was not charged twice for your order. Paypal will have an authorization period and then the actual payment will be deducted. You can view the payment sent tab and give it at least 48 hours for all payments to be cleared. If the account still shows discrepancies, please proceed to give us and Paypal a call.

My item was out of stock! When will it be in?

If your item is marked out of stock, you may supply us with an email address and name of the item and we will personally let you know when the shipment has arrived. We stock all our items before offering them for sale. But because of our rapid sale/turnover rate, a few design(s) may be out of stock at any given time. We replenish our stock at least once a week, so an item will not be out-of-stock for long. Items that are out-of-stock for an extended period will be removed permanently from our site.

Why is your item not marked out of stock and then I received an email saying that it is?

Our items may become unavailable during the processing time especially if it is in high demand and/or popular. If the item becomes backordered, we will email and notify you that it is no longer available and will also proceed to refund your account in full. There may be 24-48 hour delay in updating our site to reflect the item out of stock.

Can you combine multiple items in one shipping?

Yes, we can combine all items into one packaging. However, you will have to place your order for the multiple items at the same check out time.

How do I track my order or get a tracking number?

Sorry, currently we do not provide online tracking of orders/packages that has been shipped. We ship all our products via USPS First Class where tracking packages is not available. However, we will be happy to answer any questions related to your order status; whether payment was received, order processed, or when the item was shipped by sending an email to support@wirester.com. Please allow 4-7 days for your order to arrive. Once your order leaves our warehouses you will be notified by an email.

We try our best to ship out products within 1-2 business days. Please refer to our shipping table for general guidelines.

Orders should arrive 4-7 business days after item(s) have been shipped, depending on your location from South EL Monte, California.

Does Wirester.com ship orders internationally?

Yes, we do ship orders internationally. The cost to ship to Canada or Mexico is a flat rate of $5.99. The shipping cost for most international world-wide destinations is $8.99. We may contact you via email if additional shipping charges are applied. At that time, you may proceed with the order or we can issue you a full refund if you so choose.

I want to make sure my item reaches me before Christmas, when is the cut off?

To ensure that all items are reached, please place your order by 12/16th for on time delivery by Christmas morning due to the holiday season. To prevent delays, also make sure that your address is correct.

How do I make a return or exchange a product?

No problem! Please read our return policy for specifics. Please send all returns to the address below along with your invoice and a brief description for your reason(s) for return. Your feedback is always greatly appreciated. For exchanges, all product(s) must include original packaging.

How long does it take to issue back a refund if item is marked out of stock?

If the item is out of stock, we will issue you your refund within 24 hours back to your account. Generally, we will make an attempt to contact our customers first to see if they would prefer a different product or color that is in stock for the same phone.

I mailed back my returned item, when should I expect my refund to be credited back to my account?

Once we received your returned item in the mail, please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed. We will notify you via email once your refund has been issued.

My refund does not show up in my statements!

Please allow up to 72 hours for processing time and for the credit to be reflected back onto your method of payment. Sometimes the credit will show up at the top or end of your online/paper statement, and in some cases, will be reflected on your next month’s statement.

Products

Are your products OEM (Original Equipment Manufactured)?

Our products are not OEM but are 100% compatible for the phone. We do offer selected OEM accessories on some phone models. Most original phone maker do not make much accessories other than a few common accessories such as home charger, car charger, headsets, and etc.

Will your faceplates or protective cases fit extended batteries?

Unfortunately, no, we do not carry cases that accommodate phones with extended battery pack at this time.

What is the difference between faceplates and protective cases?

Faceplates require you to remove the phone’s original face covers or housing and replace it with the new faceplate. This can be a time-consuming and expensive process, often requiring a professional. This can often void your phone original warranty. However, protective allows you to easily protect and change the look of your cell phone with any special tools. Protector cases are snapped off/on and simply cover your phone appearance.

What is application software and what is installation CD?

Installation CD is the driver CD, which is included with your purchase of any USB Data Cable unless otherwise specified. This installation CD allows your computer to recognize your phone and vice versa. Some phones may require additional application software that may be downloaded as freeware from your phone manufacturer site, mobile-related sites or purchased separately. Application Software or Data Management Suite allows you to do advanced editing and transfer data including ring tones, media, pictures and etc.

Is there a difference between a rubberized and a glossy plate?

Yes, there is a difference. Rubberized case is a hard-shelled casing but has a rubberized textured feel to the touch and makes gripping easier. The glossy protector case has a smooth feel and has a shiny and glossy coat to its appearance.

My data cable does not work! Please help!

All technical problems, you may email support@wirester.com and a customer support representative will assist you further at that time or provide additional software. Additionally, there will be no refunds for data cables, only store credit if returned due to the nature of the product.

My case will not snap on the phone!

If you have tried snapping on your phone case multiple times and have also referred to our forums link for additional information and help, please contact a customer support rep via email and someone will assist you further. Additionally, certain covers such as the Samsung U740 protector covers, are made with gaps on the top and the cover does not fully cover the right side of the phone; it is not a defect but rather the design of the case to accommodate the phone's functionality and design.

 I have written to you and have not gotten a response back!

We email back all correspondence within 24 hours during normal operating hours. You may check your bulk or spam filters for email from us as our messages may have been routed there. Additionally, we may not have received your email, it never hurts to send the email again if you did not hear from us as we may never have received it in our inbox.

Your site reads 'usually ships within 24-48 hours', where is my package!

Sorry, for the confusion. When we posted 'usually ships within 24-48 hours' it means that your order is ship and leaves our warehouses within 24-48 hours, not delivered. We realized the confusion of the terminology and have revised this statement throughout our site. Please refer to our shipping policy for a detailed shipping schedule. All orders will arrive within 4-7 business days if address information is correct (it is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct), unless you purchased priority shipping at 2-3 days
